1. SALE HOUSE

Excerpt from Land Register-Ownership

Cadastre extract (textual and graphical)

Location and building permits

Project documentation according to which a building permit was issued

If a house was built before 1968, the "Certificate" - the Republic of Croatia, the City Cadastre and Geodesy Department, the Land Cadastre and Real Estate Department

A copy of the ID of the owner

Proof of the acquisition of ownership if the house was not built by the seller (purchase contract, inheritance contract, gift contract)

Energy certificate

If there is a mortgage on the property submit a debt certificate and  the bank's letter of intent

 

 

2. SALE FLATS

 

Excerpt from Land Register-Ownership

Proof of how to acquire real estate: a purchase contract or a gift or inheritance contract

A copy of the ID of the owner

Preferably floor plan

Energy certificate

If there is a mortgage on the property, submit a debt certificate and the bank's letter of intent

 

3. SALE OF LAND - CONSTRUCTION

 

Excerpt from Land Register-Ownership

Cadastre extract (textual and graphical)

Location and building permits

Physical Plan Excerpt - Location information that can be built to the extent that the BRP

A copy of the ID of the owner

Evidence of land acquisition (purchase agreement, gift agreement or inheritance decision)

If there is a real pledge (mortgage) on the property, submit a receipt on the debt status, a bank letter of intent

 

 

4. Sale of houses, flats and business premises under construction

 

Excerpt from the Land Registry-Land Ownership

Location and building permits

Project documentation according to which a building permit was issued

For flats, premises and offices;  flooring elaboration
