1.1 Amount of the Intermediation fee
Percentages stated below are paid as intermediation fees (commission).

Buying

  • Intermediation fee (commission) is to the amount of 2.50% of the agreed sales price,
    • Sale
  • Intermediation fee (commission) for the client with whom we have an Standard intermediation agreement is to the amount of 3.50%  of the agreed sales price
    • Intermediation fee (commission) for the client with whom we have an Exclusive intermediation agreement is to the amount of 2.50 %  of the agreed sales price.

    Lease
  • With Lease agreements lease lasting up to 5 years  the intermediation fee is paid as a single installment, and to the amount of 100% of one month’s rent .
  • With Lease agreements longer than 5 years, the intermediation fee is paid as a single installment, and to the amount of 150% of one month’s rent.
    • Intermediation fee covers the following costs: drawing up of the pre-contract/contract, signature notarization with the public notary (without solemnization), costs of registering.
